我们，生活在同一片天空下的人类，深知战争带来的苦难、分裂造成的伤痛、仇恨埋下的隐患。和平不是少数人的愿望，而是所有民族、所有国家、所有世代共同的根基。
We, humanity living under the same sky, deeply understand the suffering brought by war, the pain caused by division, and the hidden dangers sown by hatred. Peace is not the wish of a few, but the common foundation of all peoples, all nations, and all generations.
因此，我们郑重宣告：
Therefore, we solemnly declare:
一、人类生命高于一切冲突。任何争端都不应以战争解决，而应以对话、协商、互让与法治化解。
1. Human life stands above all conflicts. No dispute should be settled by war, but through dialogue, consultation, mutual accommodation, and the rule of law.
二、国家无论大小、强弱、贫富，都应享有平等尊严。强权不得凌驾公理，利益不得压倒正义。
2. All nations, regardless of size, strength, or wealth, shall enjoy equal dignity. Power must not override justice, and interest must not suppress fairness.
三、文明因差异而丰富，不因差异而敌对。宗教、语言、传统和制度都应得到尊重，偏见与歧视必须被消除。
3. Civilizations are enriched by differences, not turned into enemies by them. Religions, languages, traditions, and systems shall be respected, and prejudice and discrimination must be eliminated.
四、科技应用于民生，不应用于毁灭；财富应用于共同繁荣，不应用于制造分裂。
4. Science and technology shall serve people’s livelihood, not destruction; wealth shall serve shared prosperity, not division.
五、青年应接受和平教育，儿童应远离暴力阴影，未来不应被旧仇恨绑架。
5. Youth shall receive education for peace, children shall be shielded from the shadow of violence, and the future shall not be held hostage by old hatreds.
六、各国应携手应对贫困、疾病、气候危机、资源短缺与数字风险，因为人类命运彼此相连。
6. All nations shall work together to address poverty, disease, climate crisis, resource scarcity, and digital risks, for human destinies are interconnected.
我们呼吁：放下武器，拿起理解；停止对抗，开始合作；走出恐惧，走向信任。
We call upon all: lay down weapons and take up understanding; stop confrontation and begin cooperation; walk out of fear and move toward trust.
我们承诺：以良知守护和平，以责任维护秩序，以善意连接世界，以行动留给后代一个更安全、更公正、更有希望的地球。
We commit to guarding peace with conscience, upholding order with responsibility, connecting the world with goodwill, and leaving future generations a safer, fairer, and more hopeful Earth.
